WHAT ARE THESE EDUCATION PANELS MADE OF?
The "Connecting With Our Community" education panels are constructed of Dibond®, an aluminum composite.
The panels are just 1/8th inch thick for easy handling, yet durable and long lasting. And they are coated with a gloss laminate to protect
the printing from fading and to reduce scratches. With minimal care, your agency will get years of use from these panels
and will be able to educate many, many community members. They are designed for use indoors and outdoors.
WHAT YOU MUST DO
- Get quote from Crime Prevention Outreach for the package(s) of your choice.
Use quotation request tool below. Once quote request is submitted, you will receive quote within 24 hours.
- Write letter on your agency letterhead to the California State 9-1-1 Office consultant for your county to request pre-approval for your purchase.

Click here to access required and suggested verbiage. Submit letter and quote to State 9-1-1 Office Consultant. Office will respond within 2 weeks of receipt of your reimbursement authorization request.
- Once you receive your funding authorization, make purchase from Crime Prevention Outreach, LLC. Send email to Lillian Kenner authorizing order. We will then provide an invoice. You may then pay by check, charge card, or issue a purchase order number. We will collect from you an image of your agency badge or patch and your preferred personalization for the panel (agency name, web address, phone number).
- CPO, LLC will provide electronic proofs of both panels for your review and approval. Confirm that personalized agency information is correct. Then sign off and return panel printing approval form to CPO, LLC.
- Once payment is received, panels will be printed and shipped. Delivery may take between 3 - 4 weeks. However, delivery is typically sooner, but depends on receipt of proof signoff.
- Once you have paid for your order, submit your reimbursement claim form to the State 9-1-1 Office. This requires form TD-290. See a sample of how to fill out this form here. Download a blank TD-290 form here.
